this cute bundle of scruff is named Charlie … a.k.a. Little C … a.k.a. Sir Charles … a.k.a. Charliebear and C-Monkey. yes, i think Charlie comes close to Merrick Goobernuts McScruffy in the name-department!.jpg)

Charlie’s Standard session incorporated one of usual locations that would grant us a good variety of backdrops and light … and of course, room for running!.jpg)

fall always gives us good variety of foliage and ground cover … from a few straggling Queen Anne’s Lace ….jpg)
…to the long-lasting Crown Vetch..jpg)
and, of course, the tunnel of trees..jpg)
.jpg)
and the beautiful dried grasses..jpg)

after Charlie’s regular session, Emily really wanted a bit of added urban flavor … so in exchange for an add-on, i gave Emily the challenge of finding herself the kind of “red doors” she really wanted. what Emily did find were these brown doors, now permanently labeled in my GPS as: Charlie’s Brown Warehouse Doors..jpg)
how cute is this little C-monkey? it was an absolute pleasure to work with you, Emily, and capture these images of your Little-C..jpg)

and boy oh boy, did she ever tell you off if you only pretended to throw it.
and this is Zoe … not to be outdone by her sister in the flying department.
…or in the barking department.
these girls certainly had no lack of energy.
their session was one big wander through the park, chasing the light on this strange sun-and-cloud afternoon and, of course, chasing the girls..jpg)

and always lots of running …
… and jumping..jpg)

and only a very little bit of posing….jpg)

thanks, Yolanda, for introducing me to your two crazy girls and entrusting me with their images!.jpg)
this was easily one of my favorite sessions last fall. i mean, how could it not? just look at this face?.jpg)

oh, but that Chevy was trouble … when the ball was out of reach, she figured the camera was a good play toy. rawwrr!!.jpg)

along with Chevy, i had the pleasure of photographing big sister Dakota..jpg)

Chevy and Dakota’s session was just a Starter, but when it comes to puppies, it’s really hard to stop myself, especially knowing that they’re this adorable size and clumsiness only once..jpg)
this is just a very small sampling of the images from Chevy and Dakota’s fall session..jpg)

thank you, Kaitlan, for bringing your two to meet me. i can’t even begin to imagine how big this little girl is now … and what kind of a nuisance she is to her big sister today..jpg)
