Cody & Carys ~ BLOW project ~ Guelph pet photographer

This is Cody, a rescue boy of unknown breeding, but the owner of a couple of very fabulous ears as you can see in his images from my much-awaited BLOW dog photography project.  For those of you who aren’t familiar with this popular pet photography series, I introduced the much-awaited BLOW project in this very first blog entry, and it has become a hit on sites like Bored Panda and across the globe in the UK, France, Estonia, and even Japan among other countries.Thank you for your fantastical ears, Cody, and for your patience with all that ticklish wind!

And this is Carys, the smooth-coated Border Collie.  Carys belongs to the amazingly talented dog-walker / dog-handler Shannon of Release the Hounds in Guelph.  Shannon helped with most of the sessions in this BLOW series, and her scruffies Carys and Riley were two of my first test models.

Carys was awesome … still young at the time of this session, she had just learned the ‘bow’ command … little show-off.

Thank you, Carys, for being a superstar.  And thank you, Shannon, for all of your amazing help.

Stay tuned right here on the scruffy dog blog for more exciting entries in the BLOW photo series!  You can also see more of BLOW across different online publications like Dog Milk, Dogster and This Dog’s Life (sometimes called Dogs vs Fans) as well as real publications globally.
